MANUFACTURING

BellVinZ utilizes the latest in modern manufacturing technology, with automated CNC lathes and machining centers maintaining the tightest tolerance possible, resulting in superior quality components. A fully integrated ERP system tracks all sale orders from entry, through manufacturing and production, until the moment the product ships, maintaining our reputation for providing the shortest lead times in the industry.

ASSEMBLY & TESTING

The BellVinZ assembly team combines highly skilled individuals with decades of knowledge and experience. All testing is done on high pressure test stands with specially designed fixtures to provide quick, accurate and reliable results. This special test equipment allows us to analyze the product in a non-destructive manner. All products go through 100% acceptance testing before dispatch.

BellVinZ has quality process equivalent to AS9100D & ISO 9001 [Formal Certification Planned in Feb 2021], and our quality assurance program emphasizes zero defects throughout manufacturing and production. Our infrastructure is carefully divided into several units such as manufacturing and in-house quality testing unit, to ensure that all the on-going processes are carried out in the most streamlined manner.
